and John K. Samson, and others @ www.jamespaynebedroom.blogspot.com and do other silly / musical / whatever else I am thinking about doing type things there almost every day.
James Payne posted mp3s w/ streaming ability at his blog Banalization (http://banalization.blogspot.com/2010/11/assuming-size-reading.html) of our (Jordan Castro, James, Ryan J., & myself) reading-release of Assuming Size, a poetry chapbook.
Monster House Press, which released Assuming Size, now totes a (albeit underdeveloped) web site.
I am reading in Kent at House House (202 E. College Ave., Kent, Ohio) with Jordan Castro, Brett Olsen, & Lisa Mirkovich on Saturday Dec. 18th @ 7PM.
At the school yesterday the children I work with made a giant snowman out of cotton and paper, I said to them "We're going to make a snowperson, we're going to the art room, let's go."
I found a photo of me holding the first book I ever wrote, when I was 8 years old, a Halloween story with a plot vaguely similar to a Goosebumps book, but with more heart and candor.
I have been making the same faces all my life.
Today at the school the children I work with sang a carol of Jingle Bells to my friend Amanda, the aftercare secretary.
Applied to grad school at Indiana, Wisconsin & Iowa.
I burned lentils and rice this morning, I forgot I was cooking them and they burned a black bottom on the inside of the pan.
I heated up some carrot and potato soup I made last night instead.
A neighbor let me borrow her de-icer-scraper thing for car windshields and just told me to leave it on her porch because she had to go, but that I should use it cause I need it.
My to-do list currently says "benefit bank->food stamps" and "secret santa monster house".
Might grow a winter beard.
